I conceptualized, designed, and led the implementation of the Customer Dashboard, an enterprise system for the creation and presentation of interactive data reports on the web to fulfill the mission critical task of being the sole method of delivering the products of Service Intelligence to their clients. It was developed in Perl on Linux with Oracle 8i as data repository. I designed the database and wrote 70% of the code.
